About Me
Joe’s experience is as vast in real estate as his entrepreneurial spirit. After graduating from college, he started a cleaning company. Soon it would lead him back to the company he worked for in high school, Chick-fil-A. His time with Chick-fil-A totaled 15 years, the final six years were as an Owner/Operator. During his tenure, he led a team of over 50 people achieving top-of-the chain customer satisfaction and quality results. After dabbling and successfully profiting on several real estate deals, Joe decided to resign from Chick-fil-A in early 2007 to pursue his dream of buying and selling homes full-time.
The foreclosure crisis created the ideal climate for Joe to do just that. Since 2006, he has bought and sold over 450 homes in the Metro-Atlanta and is still an active investor. After a couple of years, the need for in-house, investor-managed property management became crucial. Bravo Group was born in 2008 as a property management company. Today, Joe is the Broker of YesiRealty, our full-service company offering his expertise and advice to clients, staff and agents on investor purchase and sales, property management, new construction, and traditional real estate sales.
